For years, Death Wish Coffee Co. has built a loyal following on a simple promise: bold, never-bitter roasts that fuel the relentless. Today, the company is betting that same attitude can disrupt the ready-to-drink (RTD) coffee aisle.

In response to overwhelming consumer demand, the New York-based roaster has officially launched its Caramel Cold Brew Latte, a better-for-you addition to its growing lineup of canned lattes. Available now on Amazon and in over 25,000 stores nationwide—including Walmart, Safeway, and Albertsons—the new flavor aims to solve a specific demand for Gen Z and Millennials: how to get a real energy boost.

According to recent data, RTD coffee is the number one consumed coffee format for younger demographics. Yet the market remains flooded with products loaded with synthetic caffeine, excessive sugar, and artificial flavors. Death Wish is stepping into that gap with a 11-ounce slim can that packs 120 milligrams of natural caffeine—derived from 100% Colombian Cold Brew Coffee that is Fair Trade USA Certified.

"We built Death Wish Coffee by refusing to settle for weak, bitter brews, and we're done with the idea that convenience requires compromise," said Steve Gardiner, CEO of Death Wish Coffee Co. "Our Caramel Cold Brew Latte proves you don't have to sacrifice ingredient integrity for potency. It's the bold, insanely smooth, natural caffeine kick our fans need to live at full throttle—without the junk, and with the Fair Trade standards the planet deserves."

The new Caramel offering, which joins existing Mocha, Vanilla, and Classic Cold Brew Lattes, features zero artificial colors or flavors. It also boasts 65% less sugar than the leading competitor and serves as a good source of protein, positioning it closer to a functional beverage than a coffeehouse dessert.

For a company which was founded in Saratoga Springs New York in 2012, the expansion represents a full-circle moment. What began as a quest for the strongest cup of coffee has evolved into a mission to prove that "full throttle" energy doesn't have to come from a can of synthetic stimulants.

With caramel ranking as a top flavor profile in the category, Death Wish is betting that consumers no longer have to choose between taste, ethics, and energy. The new latte is available for purchase now both online and on shelves nationwide.
