Caribou Coffee has officially ushered in the autumn season with the launch of its highly anticipated limited-time fall menu, now available at participating locations nationwide. The premium coffeehouse brand is celebrating the comforts of fall by bringing back beloved customer favorites while introducing inventive new beverages that expand the seasonal experience beyond traditional coffee offerings. This year’s lineup features the iconic duo of pumpkin and Honeycrisp apple flavors, alongside a selection of seasonal food items, packaged coffee, and autumn-inspired merchandise designed to make every visit a celebration of the season.
Returning pumpkin beverages remain at the heart of the menu, offering guests a variety of ways to enjoy the classic fall spice. Fans can once again indulge in the Pumpkin White Mocha, available hot or iced, which combines white chocolate, espresso, and real pumpkin, finished with whipped cream and white chocolate chips. For a more intense coffee experience, the Pumpkin Espresso Shaker shakes fresh espresso with real pumpkin and ice, topped with a splash of oatmilk. The Pumpkin Latte, served hot or over ice, delivers a simple yet satisfying blend of pumpkin, espresso, and steamed milk with a dusting of ground nutmeg. Those seeking a chilled treat can opt for the Pumpkin Crafted Cold Brew or the blended Pumpkin Caribou Cooler, while the Pumpkin Chai Latte offers a spiced tea alternative.
Building on last year’s success, Caribou has significantly expanded its Honeycrisp apple offerings, introducing new ways to enjoy orchard-inspired sweetness. The highlight of this year’s innovation is the new Honeycrisp Cold Foam, which can be added to any beverage but shines atop the Iced Caramel Latte. Another standout is the coffeeless Frozen Caramel Apple, a cool and creamy twist on a nostalgic treat, blending real caramel and Honeycrisp apple with ice and half-and-half. The Honeycrisp Apple Caramel Espresso Shaker and Honeycrisp Apple Caramel High Rise Latte provide espresso-forward options, while the Honeycrisp Apple Energy offers a sparkling, caffeine-free choice. Non-coffee drinkers can also enjoy the Honeycrisp Apple Caramel Oatmilk Steamer, and the Nitro High Rise version combines cold brew with milk and caramel for a bold finish.
