Löfbergs Appoints Kieran Youngman as Chief Commercial Officer to Lead International Growth

In a strategic move to accelerate its international expansion, the Swedish coffee roaster Löfbergs has announced the appointment of Kieran Youngman as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Set to join the company in September, Youngman will be tasked with spearheading commercial growth within the company's Business Area West, a key region that includes markets such as the United Kingdom and Denmark.
The appointment signals a significant step in the growth journey of the family-owned enterprise, which was founded in 1906 and has grown to become one of the Nordic region's largest coffee roasters. Headquartered in Karlstad, Sweden, Löfbergs has built its reputation on a deep commitment to sustainability, quality, and innovation. The company's portfolio, which includes the Löfbergs, Peter Larsen Kaffe, and Kobbs brands, is enjoyed by consumers across more than ten markets as the company continues to extend its global footprint with a focus on responsible practices.
Kieran Youngman arrives with over two decades of international experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. He brings a proven track record in leading brand expansion, executing successful market entries, and driving commercial transformation. His extensive background includes senior leadership roles at industry giants Danone and Procter & Gamble, with his most recent position being General Manager for the Nordics and Northern Europe at The Live kindly Collective.
