Starbucks Taiwan has officially opened its most ambitious project yet—the STARBUCKS RESERVE® DREAM PLAZA TAIPEI—a breathtaking flagship store in the heart of Xinyi District. More than just a café, this expansive space redefines the coffee experience, blending artistry, sustainability, and immersive storytelling into a must-visit destination for locals and travelers alike.
Spanning nearly 2,000 square meters, the DREAM PLAZA is Starbucks’ largest flagship store in the Asia-Pacific region and its most sustainable, designed as a Greener Store with eco-conscious operations. The space is divided into thoughtfully curated zones, each offering a unique encounter with coffee culture.
At the Central Bar & Bakery, classic espresso drinks and Starbucks favorites are reimagined with modern flair, accompanied by fresh artisanal pastries and savory dishes. Meanwhile, The Siren’s Lounge®—a first-of-its-kind concept in Asia Pacific—offers an exclusive, reservation-only experience featuring a tasting menu crafted in collaboration with Michelin-recognized chef André Chiang, paired with handcrafted mocktails and coffee-inspired cocktails.
For a more theatrical experience, the Mixology Bar allows Starbucks baristas to craft bespoke beverages tableside. Standouts include the Espresso Martini Flight and the locally inspired No. 11 Songgao Rd.—a bold mix of Kinmen sorghum liquor, citrus, and Starbucks Reserve® cold brew.
Beyond beverages, the DREAM PLAZA introduces two groundbreaking spaces. The Sensory Room & Coffee Experience Room invites visitors to interactive tastings and workshops led by Starbucks Coffee Masters, exploring coffee’s aroma, origin, and cultural significance.
The store’s design, themed “Harmony of Nature & Innovation,” also doubles as a living art gallery, showcasing striking installations by local and international artists like Eszter Chen, Labay Eyong, and Che-Ye Wu. These works celebrate Taiwan’s coffee and tea heritage through metalwork, woven art, and digital displays.
As Starbucks’ largest Greener Store in Asia Pacific, the DREAM PLAZA emphasizes eco-friendly practices, from energy-efficient systems to waste-reducing operations, aligning with global sustainability goals.
