Ellianos Coffee, the Southeast’s pioneering drive-thru specialty coffee brand, is brewing up its next chapter with an expansion into Mississippi, marking its sixth state in a growing regional footprint. A new location is currently under development in southern Mississippi, reinforcing the company’s strategic growth across the southeastern U.S. Founded in 2002 by Scott and Pam Stewart, Ellianos has become synonymous with premium coffee, Southern hospitality, and lightning-fast service, now operating 65 locations across Florida, Georgia, and Alabama, with additional sites underway in Tennessee, North Carolina, and now Mississippi. 

Ellianos’ rapid growth—fueled by a franchise model prioritizing community connection and operational excellence—reflects rising demand for convenient, high-quality coffee experiences. Ellianos’ menu blends classic espresso beverages with inventive flavors inspired by the region. Standouts include the *Caffé Dolce* (a creamy white mocha latte drizzled with caramel), the refreshing *Milan Mint Mocha* (dark chocolate mingled with cool mint), and the *Tuscany Toffee* (rich toffee and caramel sauce layered over espresso). Beyond coffee, the brand offers smoothies, energy drinks, and a curated food menu featuring Southern-approved breakfast staples like savory breakfast sandwiches, flaky biscuits, and sweet pastries. 

In a market dominated by traditional drive-thrus, Ellianos sets itself apart with a patented double-lane model designed to slash wait times while maintaining handcrafted quality. This system allows baristas to prepare multiple orders simultaneously, ensuring speed without sacrificing the artisanal touch—a critical advantage in the fast-growing $5.4 billion U.S. drive-thru coffee sector.

True to its roots, Ellianos emphasizes community engagement, with franchises often participating in local events and charity initiatives. The Mississippi location is expected to create 15–20 jobs, with training programs focused on beverage craftsmanship and customer service. Additionally, the company has committed to eco-friendly practices, including recyclable packaging and partnerships with ethically sourced coffee suppliers. 

With a 95% franchisee retention rate, Ellianos attributes its success to comprehensive support for owners, including site selection, marketing, and hands-on barista training. The brand aims to surpass 100 locations by 2025, with further expansion eyed across the Carolinas, Kentucky, and Texas.
