The grand event, Specialty Coffee Expo kicks off in Boston

The 2022 Specialty Coffee Expo is opened on Friday to display over 400 coffee companies for the next three days. Companies from all over the world brought cutting-edge products, showcasing leading innovation in specialty coffee. The event features Roaster’s Village, learning opportunities such as workshops and lectures, the brand new Green Coffee Buyers and Sellers Program, Coffee Design Awards and Best New Production Competition & Display and the highly anticipated 2022 U.S. Coffee Championships.

At Scientific Poster Session, experts engaged and discussed current problems and solutions in the coffee industry including the climate change, the new business trends and opportunities. Different programs are set for everyone to join based on their preferences and line of work. The Barista Guild invites barista community to join for BG& Chill. And roasters are welcomed to join Coffee Roasters Guild to have a joint dialogue with fellow professionals. The Specialty Coffee Expo is managed by SCA to be the coffee professionals’ one stop shop for everything they need to succeed in the coffee industry.
