Espresso House introduces new espresso draft cold brew

Just in time for the summer season, Espresso House is expanding its selection of cold drinks with a completely new Espresso House Draft bar, which allows the baristas to offer ice-cold happiness in an instant!
The new Draft Bar provides the base for all delicious cold drinks with four separate taps which are:
• Signature Cold Brew
• Espresso
• Hibiscus iced tea
• Mango iced tea
Cold extraction offers a smoother taste experience. The secret is that the beans are in cold water for several hours - that is, it is a much longer "stewing" time than usual. Thanks to this, the drink gets more flavors and less acidity.
Espresso House Draft launched only in certain of its coffee shops for the summer. In Finland, 16 cafes serve Draft drinks, and it plans to offer these novelties in even more cafes over the next year! Espresso House is the first coffee shop chain in Northern Europe to finally serve a cold drink to more guests than ever before.
Espresso House is the largest coffeehouse chain in the Nordic countries. Founded in Lund, Sweden in 1996 by Elisabet and Charles Asker in Gothenburg, Sweden, the company now manages over 460 locations throughout Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, and Germany.
The first café bearing the name Espresso House opened on street Kyrkogatan in Lund 1996. In 2005 the chain consisted of sixteen different cafes, which in March 2018 had expanded to 430 coffee shops. All bread and pastry served is baked by the central bakery Espresso House Bakery in Malmö. JAB Holding Company, who in connection with the purchase of Espresso House also bought Baresso Coffee in Denmark, decided during the fall of 2016 that all 45 cafés in the Danish chain would convert to Espresso House.
One thing that's relatively unique for Espresso House is that all coffee houses are corporate-owned, unlike similar chains, like Starbucks, that sometimes use franchising.
