Sustainable Coffee Flight
WHAT IS THE SUSTAINABLE COFFEE FLIGHT?
To celebrate the London Coffee Festivals 10th Anniversary, The London Coffee Festival launchs ‘Sustainable Coffee Flight’ in partnership with KeepCup. By bringing your reusable cup to this year’s Festival, you will not only be helping to reduce waste, but also get to sample sustainable coffee through our Sustainable Coffee Flight.
HOW CAN I BE A PART OF IT?
Sustainable Coffee Flight passports will be available on the back of the Festival map. Bring your reusable cup and visit our SCF partners to sample their sustainable beverage. Be sure to have your passport stamped as you continue your journey and, when you’ve completed your passport, head over to the KeepCup stand to enter their prize draw to win something pretty special.
AND YOU COULD EVEN WIN...
One coffee lover will win a trip to Italy visit La Marzocco’s Accademia del Caffe Espresso in 2022.
The Accademia del Caffe Espresso is a cultural hub centred around the world of coffee which is located in La Marzocco’s original production site in the Tuscan hills. Accademia serves as an inclusive platform where La Marzocco can host and collaborate with its community, partners, customer and friends, and it invites those who visit to showcase themselves to the dedicated team at Accademia.
A further 10 winners will bag themselves a coffee bundle.
A MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDERS
Ludovic Rossignol, Director of the London Coffee Festival explains “As we enter the post-pandemic era, sustainability has never been more important for hospitality operators and coffee roasters. Consumers now expect brands to positively impact the environment and their communities. The Sustainable Coffee Flight experience at The LCF is all about celebrating the roasters and farmers that are making a positive impact, alongside our festival visitors who are bringing their reusable cups to the festival to help us minimize single use.” Abigail Forsyth, co-founder of KeepCup, has been leading the reuse revolution for over twelve years and comments “The reuse movement has been driven by everyday change makers, from the baristas willing to refill a KeepCup to the coffee lovers who've made reuse a daily habit. The Sustainable Coffee Flight highlights how the commitment of the coffee community to reduce its environmental impact is continuing to make a real difference to the health of our planet.”
So, what are you waiting for? Grab your reusable cup and join our sustainable journey!
